But if they are saved, Messianic Jews ,then they have fulfilled the entire covenant, and his favor, grace, andanointing is really on them by virtue of Yeshua (Jesus) the Mashiach(Messiah). Keep in mind, even with the Gentiles and Christians, only GodHimself knows who IS and who ISN'T Jewish. AND we never argue with God!!Many pastors try to do that today; they are Scripturally and Spirituallywrong; they are NOT God. I belong to a Messianic Jewish congregation Beth Hallel House of Praise. Here are the current beginning Jewish holidays, and I cannot think of a better site to place them on, for your reference:Enjoy & be blessed! **They are Tues., Sept. 29th Rosh HaShanah, which isthe first or beginning of the Jewish New Year. Saturday, Oct. 8th is YomKippur the Day of Atonement, which is considered by Jews and Israeliseverywhere to be the holiest day of the year. The days in between RoshHaShanah and Yom Kippur are called the days of awe, or holy days forobvious reasons. AND, Thurs., Oct. 13th is Sukkot (The Festival of Booths orFirst Fruits, which is why they set up tents or booths to celebrate theharvest, crops, and days they were migrants and wanderers. This last festival lasts from Oct. 13 through Oct. 21, 2011, and YES, the booths stayup the whole time, and some of them sleep in them the whole time. Also,to greet someone in Hebrew during any of these, simply say, Chag Say'mach, which is Happy Holidays, Say'mach being Happy. And there you have it. God bless you all. Dr. HannaRSVP: End of msg. |
